Our founding directors were operations managers looking after large numbers of people. They loved learning and development aspect so much that they set up Marlborough to do that for others too.

They wanted interactive and supportive learning to build confidence for their people. Taking that as our goal, that’s what we do now for our own clients.

We now provide training to a range of sectors in the UK including financial services, corporate businesses, high street retailers, law firms and engineering firms, housing and NHS trusts and local authorities.
